Projects / Torf TV

Saturday, 31 December 2011
Torf TV is a cultural and anthropological Internet project founded by Kirill Kislyakov. Torf TV is an author's project, respectively, with a pronounced subjective approach to both the selection of topics, the choice of characters, and the presentation of material. The channel covers a wide range of art and education issues, literature and poetry, science and technology, music and history, non-political news, and interesting facts in a short video format.

As part of the work on the project, the organization of broadcasts, integration with content delivery services, and development and support of mobile applications were carried out.

An article about implementing the Torf TV project based on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

In 2015, I presented at the Media Hack Weekend conference, discussing how Torf TV uses the power of the Microsoft Azure cloud for media projects.
