The state enterprise "Inforesurs" belongs to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

When applying to higher education institutions, applicants may have many questions. They start looking for information online, but there is so much of it that you need clarification. Together with the company ІNFORESURS, a unique platform for helping applicants was developed.

The platform allows you to run chatbots for various instant messengers and social networks on its base, such as Telegram and Facebook.

The implemented product is simple and easy to use and contains clarifications regarding the following:
  • Main entry dates;
  • Verification of education documents;
  • Search for bids;
  • Normative documents;
  • Frequently asked questions and answers;
