Publications / DISTRIBUTION OF USER ROLES IN THE RATING SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION EMPLOYEES
Thursday, 25 April 2024
Special attention is paid to the potential advantages of using this model in the practice of administrative management and in the formation of reputations. The possibility of using the obtained results for making strategic decisions, as well as for stimulating self-development and improving the professional skills of scientific and pedagogical workers, is being investigated.
An important factor when using rating data in reports or when making decisions is the reliability of information, which requires the availability of data verification mechanisms or the most important part of them (in the case of large volumes or the complexity/duration of the verification procedure), as well as the possibility of accepting or rejecting individual indicators with comments by authorized individuals (for example, department heads).
It is noted that the implementation of the role ranking model can be an important step in the direction of increasing objectivity and transparency in the evaluation of employees, which, in turn, will contribute to the improvement of the quality of education and research activities. At the same time, it is important to take into account potential limitations and challenges that may arise in the process of implementing this model, such as the ambiguity of evaluation criteria, the difficulty of collecting and analyzing a large amount of data, as well as the possibility of conflicts of interest among process participants.
Taking into account all these aspects, the role ranking model can become an effective tool for increasing the efficiency of management and stimulating the professional growth of scientific and pedagogical workers, which will contribute to the further development of education and science in general.
